AvenorOS for operations
One inventory pool, one order queue, and every ship-to state’s rule attached.
A US beverage operation runs across a 3PL, two marketplaces, a wholesale platform, a customs broker and a set of state rules. AvenorOS holds the stock, the orders and the paperwork on one set of records our team keeps current.
Three screens, one login.
Fields as they appear in the system. Our team keeps them current; you read them.
Inventory
- Cases by SKU, lot, location and best-before
- Inbound containers with ETA, counted against open orders
- Allocation across DTC, Amazon, Faire and wholesale from one pool
- Days of cover at current velocity
When do we reorder from Europe, and by ocean or air.
Order queue
- Shopify, Amazon, Faire, Airgoods and distributor orders in one list
- Retail purchase orders, shipping notices and invoices by EDI
- Ship-to state and the label term it permits
- Exceptions: short ships, damages, holds
What ships today, and what is stuck.
Compliance calendar
- FSVP verification per supplier per shipment
- FDA facility registration and US agent renewal
- Prior notice per entry
- State registrations and 0.0% rules by ship-to
Is every shipment cleared to move, and what expires next.
When to place the next container, and whether it goes by ocean or air.
Cover is dropping in one SKU and a retail purchase order is due in five weeks. The inventory screen shows days of cover per SKU, the container in transit and its ETA. The landed-cost record shows what air would add per unit. You place the order from that screen, and the finance screen carries the cost from the same record.
Tools you no longer run
Each row is a tool a brand at your stage buys and reconciles by hand. In AvenorOS the same work sits on one record.
Cases on hand at one warehouse, by SKU.
Lots, best-before dates and inbound containers live elsewhere. Nobody sees stock in transit against orders already taken.
Inventory by SKU, lot, location and best-before, with inbound shipments counted before they land.
Orders from one storefront, pushed to the warehouse.
Amazon, Faire and distributor orders arrive by other routes. Allocation across channels is a judgement made in a spreadsheet.
One order queue across Shopify, Amazon, Faire, Airgoods and distributors, allocated from one inventory pool.
Purchase orders, shipping notices and invoices in the format a chain requires.
Chargebacks arrive weeks later on a separate statement. Matching them to the order that caused them is manual.
Retail purchase orders, shipments, invoices and the chargebacks against them on one record.
