AvenorOS for founders
Your whole US operation on one page every Monday.
You run the brand from Europe. The operation runs in the US, across a warehouse, two marketplaces and a distributor network. AvenorOS is where you see all of it and where you steer it.
Three screens, one login.
Fields as they appear in the system. Our team keeps them current; you read them.
Weekly KPIs
- Revenue by channel, week and month to date
- Spend by channel against budget
- Orders, doors and reorders
- Priorities for the week, each with an owner
Where did last week’s money come from, and what is the team doing this week.
Monthly P&L
- Net revenue by channel
- COGS at landed cost
- Fulfillment, marketing and trade spend
- Variance against budget, written by the person who ran the month
Did the month make money, and why did it differ from the plan.
Milestones
- Phase, criteria and date, set before the phase starts
- Go or no-go, with the evidence
- The next decision and who makes it
Is the launch on track, and what is the next call I have to make.
Which city next, and what it will cost to find out.
Every launch reaches a point where the first city is working and the second is a bet. The KPI page shows velocity per door in the first city and the sell-through it produced online. The P&L shows what that city cost. You decide the second city from those two numbers, in the same meeting where you see them.
Tools you no longer run
Each row is a tool a brand at your stage buys and reconciles by hand. In AvenorOS the same work sits on one record.
Exports from each tool, pasted into one deck every Monday.
The deck is out of date by Tuesday. A question about a number goes back to whichever tool it came from.
Weekly KPIs and a monthly P&L built from the records above, with the variance written by the person who ran the month.
Amazon and Shopify each report their own sales, fees and ad spend.
Neither knows the other’s price, stock or promotion. Sell-through across DTC, Amazon and retail is assembled by hand.
Sell-through by channel on one page, with the DTC, Amazon and wholesale price of each SKU beside it.
Contacts and a pipeline, built for a team selling software.
It does not know a door, a depletion or a reorder. Velocity per account is entered by hand or never.
Accounts by focus city with depletions, placements and reorders per door.
