Fewer apps on your Shopify store.
One Avenor app adds our tracking, the post-checkout question, and a store locator to your Shopify store. Customer surveys and NPS appear inside your own store design, and subscriptions and a helpdesk run on the same customer record.
In your portal.
Each screen, with the question it answers.

Which apps to take off the store first.
Most stores run a separate app for tracking, the post-purchase survey, the store locator, and customer surveys, each with its own monthly fee and its own copy of your customers. With the Avenor app on your store, those jobs share one customer record and the same numbers as your portal, so an ad click, an order, and a survey answer all sit on the same customer. Shopify still runs your store, and Klaviyo still sends your email.
What the separate apps cost at your size.
Set your monthly sales and your average order. Each bar is the published price of a widely used app for that job, at your volume.

Each of these apps keeps its own copy of your customers. In AvenorOS the same jobs run on one customer record, next to your orders and ad spend.
Prices are the published monthly plans on the Shopify App Store or each app's own site, checked on 23 September 2026, before tax.
The estimate assumes 20% of sales come from subscriptions, one support ticket for every ten orders, and up to 100 stockists.
The tracking line is the published entry price. Larger stores are quoted on annual sales, so the total is a minimum.
What AvenorOS does instead
Each row is an app or service a brand at your stage would otherwise buy. In AvenorOS the same job runs on the same data.
Which ads each platform says led to an order.
Meta, Google, and Microsoft each take credit for the same order, so their reports cannot be added together.
Tracking on your own web address, and every order credited once under four methods, with the total equal to your Shopify revenue and each platform’s own claim beside it.
What buyers say brought them to the store.
The answers sit in their own app, apart from the revenue and ad figures they help explain.
The “How did you hear about us?” question on your Shopify thank-you page, blended with tracked visits in a view labeled directional.
Customer feedback and an NPS score.
The survey often opens on another site, in another design.

A map of the shops that stock the brand.
Someone has to add each new stockist and remove the ones that stop stocking it.
